"Valley Art"
Original acrylic on canvas painting of the legendary Valley Art Theater measuring 48"H x 30"W. The theater first opened in 1938 as the College Theater because of its proximity to Arizona State University. The original owner was Dwight "Red" Harkins of the Harkins Theater family. It is the last single screen motion picture theater in the Valley of the Sun. It still sits majestically in the heart of Mill Avenue in downtown Tempe, Arizona. It is still owned and operated by Harkins Theaters. The original painting is available as well a 100 limited edition giclee prints.
